The Healing Retreats at Our Native Village are week long programs each retreat, exploring a different ingredient by which you can awaken your own healing potential and unlock the door to perfect health in body, mind and spirit. These retreats could be a life changing experience. In our retreats we support participants to become aware that physical symptoms, unease, fears and disorientation are actually invitations to change the direction of where you are looking for happiness and fulfillment. In other words, our retreats are an invitation to take inventory, take a break, pay attention on purpose and to allow the mud to settle and the waters to clear. This process is uniquely different and meaningful for each person especially in times when the outer world seems to be an insecure and unpredictable place. Accommodation and Facilities At Our Native Village you will have a memorable stay in any one of our deluxe, naturally cooled eco rooms. The rooms are built using sun baked clay bricks which give a wonderful earthy feel. There are a total of 24 double, twin and family rooms, and are quite spacious at 216 sq ft. All the rooms have different hand painted wall murals by rural and tribal artists from various parts of the country. We are reviving 6 types of indigenous art forms Worli, Madhubani, Chittara (a Karnataka art form), Ghond, Paduwa and Phud. The rooms have luxurious hundred persent cotton, designer bed linen with matching silk blinds on the windows. There is also a mini library in each room for the interest of our guests. The bathrooms are modern yet simple, with soaps and shampoos which are handmade, natural and made exclusively for our resort. You can be assured of getting hot water in bathrooms 24 hours a day since we use solar water heaters and for back up, we also use Gujarat Boilers they similar to village heaters that use fire wood to heat water. The restaurant serves delicious and healthy vegetarian and vegan friendly food, lovingly prepared by our cooks, using mostly organic produce. There is also a 900 sq ft conference hall equipped with audio visual equipment, an Ayurvedic spa, Sound Healing massage bed, a pond style eco swimming pool, an organic farm and vast expanse of nature all around, with lots of fresh air.
